THE ORIGIN STORY

Six Unlikely Sources.
One Unifying Framework.

In this raw, unscripted conversation, Brett and Greg explore the journey that eventually became Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation. What began as separate experiences, observations, questions, discoveries, and decades of work eventually converged into a framework neither of them expected to build.

01 - A High School Ski Retreat

The unexpected moment that changed Greg's trajectory and planted the seed of a lifelong question: Where do great ideas actually come from?

02 - Christian Monks

Ancient contemplative practices that helped shape some of history's most influential spiritual innovators—and what they understood about partnering with God

03 - Renaissance Thinkers

The creative patterns embedded in the lives of Da Vinci, Michelangelo, and other Renaissance masters that remain surprisingly relevant today.

04 - Silicon Valley Innovation

More than twenty-five years of solving complex problems, building innovations, and serving global organizations revealed a pattern Greg couldn't ignore.

05 - Biblical Revelation

Joseph. Daniel. George Washington Carver. Different centuries. Different callings. The same source of extraordinary insight.

06 - One Framework

Where biblical revelation, historical patterns, contemplative practice, and proven innovation principles come together in one practical model.

Why This Framework Exists

For decades, Greg studied the patterns behind innovation, invention, and breakthrough thinking.

Along the way, he developed inventions, pioneered innovations, worked with globally recognized organizations, and contributed to initiatives responsible for billions of dollars in measurable marketplace impact.

What emerged was more than a collection of observations. It was a repeatable framework.

A pattern that seemed to appear whenever meaningful innovation occurred.

At the same time, Brett was exploring the relationship between revelation, stewardship, leadership, creativity, and Kingdom impact.

Throughout Scripture, some of history's most significant breakthroughs didn't begin with analysis alone.

They began with revelation.

Joseph received revelation. Daniel received revelation. George Washington Carver famously credited many of his discoveries to conversations with God.

As Brett and Greg compared notes, a realization emerged.

The same patterns Greg had discovered throughout innovation history appeared repeatedly throughout Scripture. Not innovation apart from God. Innovation in partnership with God.

Which raises a simple but profound question: What if God is still revealing ideas today?

And if He is, how do we recognize them, steward them, and bring them into the world?

That realization became the foundation for everything that followed.

It eventually evolved into what we now call Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER

This Conversation Reveals What Most Innovation Frameworks Never Touch

Real stories. Timeless patterns. Revelation that changes everything.

01 - The surprising pattern shared by history's greatest innovators

From ancient Scripture to modern innovation leaders, discover the common thread connecting breakthrough thinking across generations.

02 - Why creativity is declining despite unprecedented access to information

We have more information than any generation in history. Yet many leaders report feeling less creative, less innovative, and less equipped to solve increasingly complex problems. Why?

03 - The role revelation plays in innovation

Most people treat inspiration as random. This conversation explores a different possibility: What if revelation can be intentionally cultivated?

04 - Where faith, creativity, invention, and Kingdom impact intersect

Discover why Spirit-led innovation is not merely a theological idea but a practical approach to solving meaningful problems.

05 - Why some of the greatest solutions may come from unexpected people

The next breakthrough may not come from the most credentialed person in the room.

It may come from the person most willing to listen.

Why Brett And Greg Built This Together

Greg brought decades of experience studying innovation, invention, creativity, and breakthrough thinking.

Along the way, he developed inventions, pioneered innovations, worked with globally recognized organizations, and helped uncover patterns that appeared repeatedly behind meaningful breakthroughs, problem-solving, and innovation.

Brett's journey took a different path.

Living in Alaska, far from traditional business hubs, he became an early pioneer in remote sales, virtual business development, and relationship-driven growth long before those approaches became mainstream.

Throughout that journey, he repeatedly experienced how God's guidance, wisdom, and direction could open doors, reveal opportunities, and produce outcomes that conventional thinking alone could not fully explain.

Over time, Brett became increasingly interested in the relationship between revelation, stewardship, leadership, creativity, and Kingdom impact.

As their conversations deepened, they discovered something unexpected.

The same patterns Greg had identified throughout innovation history appeared repeatedly throughout Scripture and throughout Brett's own experiences in business, leadership, and life.

The principles behind breakthrough innovation and the principles behind biblical stewardship were not competing ideas.

They were complementary realities.

What emerged was a framework that integrates revelation and responsibility.

Spiritual insight and practical execution.

Inspiration and implementation.

A practical model for recognizing opportunities, developing ideas, solving meaningful problems, and creating lasting Kingdom impact.

The result became Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation.

Why This Matters

We live in a world filled with challenges.

Businesses need innovation.

Communities need solutions.

Leaders face increasing complexity.

Organizations are searching for new approaches.

And despite having access to more information than any generation in history, many people feel less creative, less innovative, and less equipped to solve meaningful problems.

That's not a technology problem.

It's a stewardship problem.

The future belongs to people who can recognize opportunities, solve meaningful problems, and create solutions that improve lives.

The question isn't whether better solutions are needed.

The question is where those solutions come from.

And perhaps more importantly, who God intends to reveal them through.

We believe God still reveals ideas.

Still reveals solutions.

Still reveals opportunities.

And still works through ordinary people to bring them into the world.

And we believe many of those ideas have been entrusted to ordinary people who are willing to listen, learn, and steward them well.

Why I Believe in This Framework

When Greg first shared his Framework with me – a process for being creative, inventive, and innovative on demand – I immediately sensed that I was supposed to help bring it to the world.

What caught my attention wasn't simply the framework itself. It was the realization that God had already walked me through many of the same principles years earlier.

Those principles helped me pioneer Internet-based remote sales in the early 2000s and ultimately become one of the top performers globally within my niche.

At the time, I didn't have a name for what I was experiencing. I didn't realize there was an underlying framework.

I simply knew that God was teaching me how to think differently, see opportunities others overlooked, and develop ideas that created meaningful results.

Years later, when Greg introduced me to his Framework, I recognized something familiar.

What God had taught me through experience, Greg had studied, refined, validated, and organized into a process that could be taught, learned, and applied by others.

That is one of the reasons I am so excited about the Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation training program.

At its core, this training helps people develop a practical framework for creativity, invention, innovation, and problem-solving while remaining fully dependent upon God's wisdom, guidance, and direction.

It is not about replacing God's leading with a process.

It is about providing a framework that helps people better recognize opportunities, develop ideas, solve problems, and steward the insights God entrusts to them.

In many ways, it reminds me of George Washington Carver, who famously sought God's wisdom in his work and became one of the most innovative minds of his generation.

As Carver once said:

"When I was young, I said to God, 'God, tell me the mystery of the universe.' But God answered, 'That knowledge is reserved for me alone.' So I said, 'God, tell me the mystery of the peanut.' Then God said, 'Well George, that's more nearly your size.' And He told me."

Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation is designed for Christian business leaders, executives, founders, entrepreneurs, advisors, ministry leaders, and anyone who desires to become a more effective steward of the ideas, opportunities, and assignments God places before them.

  • Today's marketplace is changing faster than ever.

  • Organizations need fresh ideas.

  • Leaders need greater wisdom.

  • Communities need creative solutions.

And believers have an opportunity to bring both practical innovation and Kingdom-minded stewardship into every environment they influence.

When Spirit-led insight is combined with a proven innovation framework, the result is far more than better ideas.

  • It creates the potential for meaningful impact.

  • Problems get solved.

  • Opportunities are recognized.

  • Organizations improve.

  • People are served.

And God is glorified through faithful stewardship of the gifts, talents, resources, and ideas He has entrusted to His people.

Whether applied to business development, new ventures, partnerships, ministries, products, services, funding opportunities, community initiatives, or entirely new innovations, this framework provides a practical pathway for moving from inspiration to implementation.

That is why I believe so strongly in this training.

Not because it teaches people what to think.

But because it helps them learn how to think more creatively, more intentionally, and more collaboratively with God.

Cheers,
Brett Rademacher
